| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development: R&D) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุสู่สังคมสูงวัยในยุควิถีใหม่ ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสถานการณ์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีระยะที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการดูแล ประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสร้างสุขศรีวิชัยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในยุควิถีใหม่ และพัฒนาศักยภาพนักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ระยะที่ 3 ประเมินผลการนำรูปแบบฯ ไปใช้ในพื้นที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานด้าน ผู้สูงอายุของหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขอำเภอและตำบล ได้แก่ สำนักงานสาธารณสุขอำเภอ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน และโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ชมรมผู้สูงอายุและ/หรือโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ ในอำเภอคีรีรัฐนิคม และและอำเภอเคียนซา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามกึ่งโครงสร้าง สถานการณ์การดูแลผู้สูงอายุจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และแบบสอบถามกึ่งโครงสร้างการประเมินผลการนำรูปแบบฯไปใช้ในพื้นที่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสร้างสุขศรีวิชัยสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ที่ครอบคลุม 5 มิติ ได้แก่ ด้านสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจ สังคม สิ่งแวดล้อม และสื่อเทคโนโลยี เมื่อนำไปใช้กับผู้สูงอายุในโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า คะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตผู้สูงอายุเพิ่มขึ้นทุกด้าน โดยด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติ 2. รูปแบบการเรียนรู้การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในยุควิถีใหม่ ประกอบด้วย 1) การรับข้อมูล (Information Receiving) มีการประเมินข้อมูลตามหลักการ 5 ส (สืบค้น สานต่อ สะสม สมัคร สานสัมพันธ์) 2) การหยุดคิด (Stop Thinking) เพื่อไตร่ตรองข้อมูลที่รับมาโดยใช้หลักการ 5 ส (สมจริง สร้าง ประโยชน์ สำคัญ สร้างสรรค์ และสุภาพ) 3) การปฏิบัติ (Acting) ผู้สูงอายุควรมีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีตามหลักการ 5 ส (สืบค้น สานต่อ สะสม สมัคร สานสัมพันธ์) เพื่อให้การใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี สำหรับผู้สูงอายุในยุควิถีใหม่ เกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ผู้อื่น และสังคม 3. การพัฒนาศักยภาพนักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีโดยศึกษาสภาพปัญหา และความต้องการการจัดตั้งโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ นำไปสู่สร้างและพัฒนาหลักสูตรนักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ การอบรมเพื่อพัฒนานักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุ ผลการประเมินคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับความรู้หลังการเข้ารับการอบรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับความรู้มากกว่าก่อนเข้ารับการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติการพัฒนาศักยภาพ นักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุพื้นที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี สามารถนำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการดำเนินการ โรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานีต่อไป รูปแบบการดูแลผู้สูงอายุสู่สังคมสูงวัยในยุควิถีใหม่สามารถนำไปขยายผลในพื้นที่อื่นในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีและภาคใต้ผ่านการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักจัดการโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุเพื่อดำเนินการจัดตั้งและเปิดโรงเรียนผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ ในขณะที่หลักสูตรสร้างสุขศรีวิชัยสามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียน ผู้สูงอายุโดยบูรณาการกับวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านสื่อเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้ | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The research and development aimed to study the development of elderly care models for an aging society in the new normal era. The study consisted of 3 phases: The First Phase was situation analysis of elderly care in Surat Thani province. Second Phase was developing a care model consisting of the development of the Srivichaya Happiness Curriculum for the Elderly in Surat Thani Province, Model Development of Learning Using Media and Technology for Elderly in the New Normal, and Development of the aging school manager’s competencies: Surat Thani context. The Third Phase was Evaluating the implementation of the model in the area. The participants included community hospitals and subdistrict health-promoting hospitals, local administrative organizations, geriatric clubs, and/or senior schools in Khirirattananikhom and Khiansa districts. The research instruments were the Surat Thani semi-structured questionnaire on the situation of elderly care and the semi-structured questionnaire to evaluate the implementation of the model in the area. Analyze qualitative data using content analysis methods. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Development of the Srivichaya Happiness Curriculum for the Elderly in Surat Thani Province covering 5 dimensions: health, economy, society, environment, and media technology. When applied to the elderly in geriatric schools, it was found that the quality of life scores of the elderly increased in all aspects, with social relations statistically significant. 2. Learning styles using media and technology for the elderly in the new normal era consist of 1) receiving information, evaluating information according to the 5 principles (searching, continuing, collecting, applying, connecting 2) stop thinking and pondering the information received using the 5 principles (realistic, helpful, important, creative, and polite) 3) Practicing, the elderly should adopt media and technology usage behaviors according to the 5 principles (search, continue, collect, apply, connect) so that the use of media and technology for the elderly in the new normal era benefits themselves, others and society. 3. Developing the capacity of elderly school managers in Surat Thani province by studying the conditions, problems, and needs of the establishment of geriatric schools, leading to the creation and development of the elderly school management curriculum. Training for the development of school managers for the elderly found that the average score of knowledge level after attending the training was statistically significantly higher than before the training. The capacity development of school managers for the elderly in Surat Thani province can be used for the benefit of the operation of elderly schools in Surat Thani province. The model of care for the elderly towards an aging society in the new normal era can be expanded in other areas in Surat Thani and southern provinces through the development of the capacity of elderly school managers to establish and open schools for the elderly in the area. The Srivichaya Happiness Curriculum for the Elderly curriculum can be applied to the teaching and learning of geriatric schools by integrating with the teaching and learning methods of technology media. | en_US |
