| dc.description.abstract | การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ทำให้ครูต้องเผชิญความยากลำบากในการจัดการเรียนการสอน และต้องหันมาใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบออนไลน์แทนการสอนในชั้นเรียนปกติ ท่ามกลางความไม่แน่นอนของสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ดังกล่าว การผลิตครูวิทยาศาสตร์จึงจำเป็นในการเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่นักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ให้มีสมรรถนะในการจัดการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ของชาติและของโลกภายใต้ข้อจำกัด ของการเรียนรู้แบบห่างไกล การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่สำคัญดังนี้ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ของตนเองและความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนแบบออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ก่อนและหลังได้รับการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนแบบจุลภาคตามสถานการณ์ที่เป็นจริง 2) เพื่อประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ของ นักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนแบบออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ก่อนออกไปฝึกปฏิบัติภาคสนามในสถานศึกษาจริง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองเบื้องต้นที่ดำเนินการวิจัยภายใต้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณจะศึกษาการรับรู้ความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ของนักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ ก่อนและหลังได้รับการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนแบบออนไลน์ตามสถานการณ์ที่เป็นจริง ส่วนสมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์แบบออนไลน์จะใช้การศึกษาเชิงปริมาณเพื่อวัดระดับความสามารถ และใช้การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อสนับสนุนผลการวิจัยให้ชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ได้แก่ นักศึกษาครูสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วไป ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 54 คน ซึ่งถูกเลือกมาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์มีการรับรู้ความสามารถใน การสอนออนไลน์ หลังจากที่ได้รับการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์ที่เป็นจริงเพิ่มขึ้นกว่าก่อนที่ได้รับการฝึกปฏิบัติฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ .05 และนักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีระดับความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์แบบออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับดีขึ้นไปมีสัดส่วนมากถึงร้อยละ 100 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงสรุปได้ว่าการฝึกปฏิบัติการสอนออนไลน์ในสถานการณ์ที่เป็นจริงสามารถเพิ่มขีดความสามารถให้แก่นักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ได้ โดยนักศึกษาครูวิทยาศาสตร์มีความมั่นใจและรับรู้ความสามารถในการสอนออนไลน์ของตนเองและนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติการสอนของตนเองที่เห็นได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ฉะนั้นจึง อาจกล่าวได้ว่าผลผลิตจากโครงการวิจัยนี้จะทำให้เกิดการสร้างบัณฑิตครูวิทยาศาสตร์รุ่นใหม่ที่มีสมรรถนะและมีความพร้อมต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ภายใต้สถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 และส่งผลให้มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสุราษฎร์ธานีเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยที่สามารถผลิตครูวิทยาศาสตร์ที่มีศักยภาพในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ป้อนเข้าสู่ระบบการศึกษา เพื่อลดปัญหาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ภายใต้สถานการณ์อันยากลำบากของโรงเรียนในท้องถิ่นต่อไปในอนาคต | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The COVID-19 pandemic has made it challenging for teachers to manage their teaching and learning, as well as making the switch to online teaching methods rather than traditional classroom instruction. During the uncertain circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak, science student teachers must be prepared to have competencies in science instruction that are aligned with the science learning goals of the nation and the world within the limitations of remote learning. The main objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To compare science teacher students' perceptions of self-efficacy in online teaching before and after obtaining micro-teaching experience in an authentic setting 2 ) to evaluate science teacher students' competence for performing online teaching and 3) to investigate science student teachers' readiness for online teaching before the practicum in real-world situations at the schools. This research was a pre experimental research conducted under a mixed method research. This quantitative study investigated science teacher students' perceptions of self-efficacy in online teaching before and after obtaining online teaching practice using authentic classroom situations. In terms of competency in online science teaching, a quantitative study was utilized to evaluate the level of ability, while a qualitative study was used to back up research findings. The target of this research consisted of 54 third-year general science student teachers who were selected by purposive selection. The results revealed that after obtaining online teaching practice in an authentic situation, science student teachers' perceptions of their self-efficacy to teach online improved significantly at .05. As much as 100% of science student teachers demonstrated good to excellent competence in online science teaching. According to the findings of this study, online teaching practice in authentic situations may enhance the competency of science student teachers. Science student teachers are confident and aware of their own online teaching ability which leads to their actual teaching practice. Therefore, it can be said that the output from this research project will create a new generation of science student teachers who are capable and ready for online instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Furthermore, Surat Thani Rajabhat University may be announced as the source of preparing science teachers with the ability to manage online learning to enter the educational system and eliminate problems in learning management at school in the local community. | en_US |
