| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาผลของฤดูกาลต่อคุณภาพของหอยนางรมที่เลี้ยงในบ่อดิน บริษัทเอเชียกาญจนดิษฐ์ฟาร์ม ตำบลกะแดะ อำเภอกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ดำเนินการในช่วงเวลาตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน พ.ศ.2566 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2567 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพหอยนางรมด้านการปนเปื้อนโลหะหนัก และจุลินทรีย์ ตัวอย่างหอยนางรมมาจากบ่อดินเอเชียกาญจนดิษฐ์ฟาร์ม และทะเลบริเวณชายฝั่งปากน้ำตะเคียนทองในฤดูร้อน (เดือนพฤษภาคม 2566) ฤดูฝน (เดือนสิงหาคม 2566) และฤดูน้ำหลาก (เดือนมกราคม 2567) และตรวจหาปริมาณโลหะหนักด้วยเทคนิค Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หอยนางรมมีการสะสมโลหะหนัก ได้แก่ ตะกั่ว แคดเมียม และโครเมียม ในปริมาณที่แตกต่างกันแต่ละฤดูกาล และสูงกว่าค่าที่ยอมให้มีได้ตามมาตรฐานสหภาพยุโรป นอกจากนี้ยังพบการปนเปื้อนของเชื้ออีโคไลบางฤดูกาล แต่พบแบคทีเรีย Vibrio parahaemolyticus เชื้อก่อโรคอาหารเป็นพิษในตัวอย่างหอยนางรมจากทั้งสองแหล่งเพาะเลี้ยงในทุกฤดูกาลที่ศึกษา ดังนั้นฤดูกาลมีผลต่อคุณภาพของหอยนางรมที่เลี้ยงในบ่อดินบริเวณที่ศึกษาจากปัจจัยทางสิ่งแวดล้อมในฟาร์มเลี้ยงหอยนางรม นอกจากนี้การจัดการสุขลักษณะ และติดตาม ตรวจสอบคุณภาพน้ำทะเลและตะกอนดินที่สะสมในบ่อดินควรให้ความสำคัญเช่นกัน | en_US |
| dc.description.sponsorship | The study of the effect of season on the quality of oysters grown in clay ponds. Asia Kanchanadit Farm Company, Kadae Subdistrict, Kanchanadit District Surat Thani Province was conducted during the period from April 2023 to March 2024. The objective was to assess the quality of oysters in terms of heavy metal and microorganism contamination. Oyster samples were collected from the clay pond and the sea along the coast of Pak Nam Takhian Thong in summer (May 2023), rainy season (August 2023) and monsoon season (January 2024) and the content of heavy metals was detected using the Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS).Results showed oysters accumulate heavy metals, including lead, cadmium, and chromium, in varying amounts from season to season and higher than the values allowed according to EU standards. In addition, E. coli contamination was found in some seasons but V. parahaemolyticus as food poisoning pathogens was in oyster samples from both culture sites in every studied season.Therefore, the season affects the quality of oysters grown in clay ponds in the study area due to environmental factors for the oyster farm. Hygiene management and monitoring of seawater and sediment quality that accumulates in soil ponds should be also considered importantly as well. | en_US |
